Neuron Code Tribal Training Corporation uses personal information to operate our website, communicate with people, deliver coaching and training, administer clients and invoices, protect our systems, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations.

What we collect

Information needed for the relationship

This can include names, contact details, coaching or training enquiries, client records, invoice details, and account-security information. Payment providers may process payment information under their own notices when those services are enabled.

Why we use it

Service, administration, and legal records

We use information to respond to enquiries, take steps toward or perform a contract, provide services, secure our systems, administer invoices, and meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations.

Who handles it

Limited service providers

We use Netlify for the public website and encrypted relay, and Clerk for invited-owner authentication. The public site has no analytics or advertising trackers. The private owner portal uses strictly necessary Clerk cookies for sign-in and security. These providers may process information in the United States or other locations using contractual and recognized transfer safeguards where applicable. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

No longer than the purpose requires

Encrypted finance-relay objects are deleted after acknowledgement and otherwise targeted for deletion within 24 hours. Local business and financial records are retained only for operational, contractual, accounting, tax, dispute, or other lawful requirements.

Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about international transfers. Some financial records must remain when law requires us to keep them.
